1. Warranty Periods
Brand New Gaming PCs All brand new gaming PCs purchased from TurboTech come with a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
Refurbished Computers All refurbished computers purchased from TurboTech are covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers hardware failures only. Software-related issues are not covered by this warranty, and any damage caused by third-party software or modifications will void the warranty.
Examples of hardware failures covered:
Faulty components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, etc.)Power supply issues Hard drive or SSD failure.
Not covered:
Software malfunctions or operating system errors Damages caused by software installations or viruses Unauthorized hardware modifications. Deliberate damage or tampering without instructed via tech support.
3. Return Process
If your hardware has failed and is covered under warranty, TurboTech will provide a return label for shipping the product back to us.
To ensure that your warranty remains valid, the following conditions must be met:
The return must be initiated by contacting TurboTech support within the warranty period. The product must be returned to us within 10 working days after receiving the return label. If the product is not received within this 10-day period, the warranty will be considered void.
